OCIA is the process by which adults enter the Catholic Church through various means of Catechesis. This goal can include some combination of receiving Baptism and Confirmation, just Confirmation if already baptized in a Christian Tradition acknowledged by the Catholic Church, or Reception if coming from another Eastern Catholic Tradition, depending on the case.
